Academic Team

BHS Academic Team

The BHS Academic Team is a GWOC sport that highlights students’ academic knowledge in every subject from History and Math to Science and Literature. Students compete in teams of four against teams locally in the GWOC, across the state at regional tournaments and even across the country at National tournaments. Last year our team qualified for and competed in three National competitions, NAQT in Atlanta, PACE in Chicago, and the National History Bowl in Washington DC where our JV team actually won first place in the country! We hope to be back to all of these tournaments again this year.

The most up-to-date info can be found at Coach Madame Spence’s personal webpage: www.bhsateam.weebly.com
