The Beavercreek Soccer Sidekicks hosted an end of season celebration for all three 2017-18 boys soccer teams. Coach Guiliano emphasized that the accomplishments of the program were the result of team efforts as well as support given by the Community, the Athletic Department, Administration and alumni of Beavercreek High School. He reported program statistics that included a combined program record of 49 wins, 1 loss and 5 ties. The teams won every League game and recorded 36 shutouts. Coach Jay pointed out that the Varsity team never trailed on the scoreboard during the regular or post season matches. Every field player contributed at least one goal to the season wins. The Varsity team finished with a record of 22-0-2 to take First Place in the GWOC National League East (8-0-0), winning the District and Regional final games and continuing on to finish in First Place in the State for Division 1 Boys Soccer for the first time in program history. The Varsity team and individual players were recognized by the GWOC, MVSCA and OSSCA. Individual Team Awards as voted on by the players were: Best Offensive: Dominic Calabrese, Best Defensive: Daniel Donohue and team MVP Joshua Fleck.
